Refund policy

There is nothing worse than purchasing something and realizing its not what you wanted. Therefore, I will gladly accept returns and exchanges:

Contact me within 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within 7 days of delivery

All returns are at the buyers expense. Refunds will be processed once I have received the item in its original condition. Any shipping charges will not be refunded including $5 on any free shipping item.

For any personalized items, I do not accept cancellations after I have started the item. Should you have any issues please contact me. If a personalized items needs to be returned, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item cost will be incurred as the item cannot be resold.
